i celebrated a special occasion! the thoughtful details made everything nice. the reception offered a warm welcome. the restaurant reservation was perfect. everything was excellent!
the check-in process was inconvenient. i wasn't able to check in a minute early, even though rooms were ready. i wish the hotel had been more accommodating in that regard!

I found the hotel to be in a convenient location. It was a short walk to the underground station (about two minutes). The rooftop bar had great views, I also enjoyed some cocktails there.
The air conditioning in the hotel wasn't working well. The hotel and rooms were hot (almost unbearable). I also found the room service slow. It took 40 minutes to get a bottle of water.

The housekeeping service was subpar. I had to ask them to come twice! The fitness room felt very crowded. I was always close to other people.
